Well versed in the Grove City, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Powell and Central Ohio areas, Teresa strives to provide accurate and timely market appraisals and informed guidance throughout the real estate process. She specializes in Bank Owned Foreclosures and has earned the RCDPro certification.
Teresa earned a degree in Business with a major in Accounting, and spent many years working as an Accountant, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a small business owner. Much of her expertise in customer service and management of complex transactions is drawn from her years of business experience.
In addition to her real estate career, Teresa is active in the local community as a member of the Gardens at Gantz volunteers and Grove City Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two grandchildren and her Yorkshire Terriers, Jack and Jill.

Ton was born in a small town in Thailand and graduated with a Computer Science degree from a famous University there. She decided to come to the United States to pursue her MBA from Wright State University majoring in Management Information Systems. She spent eight years at Nationwide Financial Services going from Programmer to Project Manager.
She returned to Thailand for two years to work and also travelled abroad with her family.
She relocated permanently to the United States to marry her beloved husband and to start her career as a Realtor and a Real Estate Investor. Ton says "I really like being a Realtor because it gives me a chance to meet new people and educate them. The fun part is getting people to open up and feel comfortable with me. I get really excited when I see my clients getting excited about the idea of putting their furniture in the rooms of a potential new home."
Ton is able to use her experience as a Real Estate Investor to help her clients draw an "after" picture and help provide a rough estimate on fixing up properties. This is what she likes to do and she is good at it!
